Your ticket will automatically be taken on so one our Sales / Tech Support team can get on to it. You will receive an email confirmation to advise your request has been received and every step along the way you will be kept informed of the progress, also please don't hesitate to add anything during this process and we can tackle it all at the same time. Finally, once all is well you will be advised your ticket is closed but if anything at all pops up again or with another staff member just reply to the last ticket email so your case will be automatically re-opened.
